I don't think rain will be a problem Rod and temperatures, at least daytime, are forecast to be around 10 to 11C on Monday and Tuesday.

 

I don’t know what condition Danny Rowe is in, but I can’t help but feel if he’s fit enough to play then we have got to be favourites for this game. Would be great to see the new guys integrate into the team and make us stronger, but from what I’ve seen of Rowe, he has a winning mentality and drags the other players up with him, I’ve put a high unprecedented bet (for me) to see city finish in the top half of the table, a lot of it to do with lockdown lunacy. Winning cash or not, following city is one of the things allowing me to cling on to sanity~ wish I was exaggerating. Really want us to start smashing this league.

 

Looking forward to seeing Vernam and Rowe in the same team. Both look to be excellent acquisitions so far.

 

They have a decent manager who gets them well organised and motivated, We will have to be at our best to beat them,

I've not heard but he was initially out with illness so I'm hoping he's fit again.

Mysterious illness, I thought COVID but we have had full sets of negative tests since then

 

Hope its not the same "illness" Lee Power had.

Joking aside though, he's a big plus when fit so here's hoping.

 

And that statement sums up just how far we have fallen, when we are worried about winning a home match v Morecambe.

A win here would show we are top 7 side. Really interested to see how we come back from that Exeter loss.

Club said he had a heavy cold, Had Covid test but was clear and has recovered so fit to play but may be on bench Tuesday

 

He's fine. There's a video of him eating an apple at training the other day and we all know what happens if you do that every day.

 

But still true. Just a clear view on how far we have fallen. 68 league places in 20 years. Fact

 

Maybe a better stat would be we have spent approx 70% of our time in the 2 lowest leagues. Fact.
We are by and large a lower league club. These days with the fan base and stadium we could be a championship club but i doubt we would get any higher than that tbh. I would be happy bumbling along in the championship for sure. Some great local derbies and good crowds.
