    Garbage.

Poor passing and back to hoofballing to no one, was never gonna get us anywhere

Stevens was a waste of space and should be dropped next game

Okay I’ll bite, where are all these usual suspects? Can people not criticise a game where we play poor same as be positive when we play well or win and play poor? No wonder you get called a WUM with comments like that.

Hornby stands his ground for the penalty and he saves it easily. Sick of seeing 'keepers diving before the ball is kicked. A large percentage of penalties would be saved if only the 'keeper stood his ground before diving.
Cousin-Dawson is going to be a great player one day, but for me he's not quite ready.
Liked the look of the new lads and Cooke had his best game for some time.
Onwards and upwards to the next game, I just feel that we missed out on a point due to that penalty.

bound to happen at some point although we were second best the entire game. New guys looked decent in what little they did. Stevens looks like he'll be a frustrating player going forwards. Bags of pace and ability but I think his decision making is quite poor. Overall nobody really stank the place out today for me, Exeter just seemed to have that extra bit of close control on a difficult surface and made it count. I would also drop wood for a game or two depending on how foulds does. I think he's been auto first choice that long his standards are slipping and had another game below his best.

The game had five goals but it was a strange 90 minutes neither side showed quality even the penalty was powder puff.
We've lost but it's not the end of the world.
Evans, Rowe, Cook, and Clarke missing today but didn't Cooke play well Motm for me ran his socks off no wonder he tired second half.

Park, I've not been negative. Very positive about the first half. I'm as disappointed as the rest of us that we have lost today.
But I've stated umpteen times this week about a rebuild. It's not negative, it's how I see it. Rome and all that?

I think what Park may mean is that some seem to revel in defeat and are nowhere to be seen when all going well, White Coat Bantam a couple of posts above being a good example

Unbridled optimisim is just as unhealthy and deluded as relentless negativity park. There are constructive points to be made about what we didn't do well today. Constantly dismissing them and having our heads in the sand for the sake of positivity does nobody any favours, least of all the club.

A few key experienced players missing today. While pleased with the recruitment - apart from a decent CM with leadership I thinks it shows the next recruitment and coaching should be around improving us defensively. Some will not agree but I always feel a defence with the partnership of the O'Connors is unable at times to defend against players with aerial prowess.

B**ger, well the run had to come to an end. That was no less than we deserved if we're being honest. We played a good high pressing game for about an hour but just didn't sustain it.

Thought Hornby was a little unlucky with the pen, was a ball he had every right to go for but didn't quite time it right but most time I think that's a ball he's gonna win.

As soon as the Don came on it was clearly game over! But not all bad news, two good debut goals and I've seen enough from the new players to be encouraged that they could flourish in a more experienced starting 11.

I think there were too many changes and too many senior players missing, obviously all unintentional. I know the likes of Clarke and Evans have their critics but I think they were really missed in terms of defensive contribution and composure on the ball.

Final point, I hope Hossanah is close to a return. I think fcd is a decent prospect but he gets exposed a lot and think his positioning can be poor.

Good point about Wood, a player who will probably be on his way in the summer, and maybe his heart not in it as much as it was?

Shite today. Finn was tortured today and Wood also had a shocker. Disappointed with AOC for their second. Hornby again showed why he’s a no. 2 conceding the pen.

We need O’Donnell and Hosannah back. I’d play AOC at RB if Hosannah isnt fit. Stevens wants dropping and Vernam can drop back to accommodate Rowe or Cook upfront if they are fit.

    Been poor this half.
However I’ve just won 57€ off a 2,50€ bet for ht/ft. Silver linings and all that.
I actually do it both ways. Been a long time since we've come from behind to win a game. It's a nice little bet when it does come off though, odds are usually around 30/1. Man Utd of course are the masters of it.

Do we actually know when Evans Cook and Rowe were pulled from the match day squad?

Didnt watch today, but Raynor and Kiwomya suggesting it was actually poor defending by Canavan and blaming him, rather than Hornby for the penalty?

Where do you then play cooke, who's flourishing in that central role. He was our MOM for me today.
