I made a City rattle in Mr. Chadwick's woodwork class at St. Georges back at the start of the 70's. Fell apart after about 5 minutes of use.

 

Snap, mine broke when I hit a leeds fan in my class on the head with it. He was trying to break it I guess he did. However at least it went down fighting.

 

A perfectly legal weapon to take into a fotball ground back in the day, along with a school bell, how things have changed, for the better may I add .

I had a four foot by three foot pub style stained glass mirror with the BCFC Crest on it, but donated it to the save our City appeal along with my entire collection of City Gents dating back to the first one, and the "Bradford Great City" shirt from 87/88.

Don't thank me, I'm self righteous enough as it is.

 

I've got my 1988 Bradford City duck that says City Quackers on it.

 

Please tell me that you didn't take up joinery as a profession...

 

I've got a signed City ball from 85 but some of the signatures have faded badly.

Does anyone know if you can get this sort of stuff restored? Perhaps permanently?

 

If he did he's probably the cowboy that fitted my kitchen!
