After being put in cuffs and his form falling off the face of the earth, I'm quite sure some in here will want us to sign him again ASAP - for me, though, he's going to have a big job rebuilding after this.

I hope for his sake he's got something lined up.

 

What ever came of his run in with the fuzz? All went a bit quiet that.

 

Surely we could have saved money by giving him the VP handy person role that was advertised below. He might have even got a wage rise.

 

Watch out, in a month or so, for him being in Crown Court on a serious drug charge !!

I think I saw that he has been signed by a team in Finland.

 

No he signed for some Finnish side.

 

He signed for a club in Finland i believe. Been over there in quarantine with his family.

 

Probably best all round, his confidence was shot, the fans didn’t trust him, the coaches didn’t trust him and I’d imagine his centre half partners didn’t trust him. Played ok if it was boot it up field in a back four and that’s it. Hope he gets fixed up somewhere else.

 

Shit lazy and slow... good riddance.

He needs to be replaced ofcourse.

If the doesn't happen then that will scream out- balancing the books.. And incoming cheap kid from somewhere.

 

To be fair this is something that I actually thought Rahic was right about. He talked of signing players on a relatively modest wage but with incentivised bonuses (I’m sure he mentioned that basic salaries should only make up 50% of a players potential salary with bonuses making up 50%). Of course if no other club does it no player would choose to gamble on bonuses. In most cases bonuses only make up 10-20% of a players salary.

 

BRE was similar to NKP started of ok but drifted into nothingness. The former seems to be doing alright at Morecambe

I personally think all proffesional footballers should be on a basic salary and the rest made up of bonus payments / league position etc.

 

The wording is clumsy at best and incorrect if you want to be precise.

You can't cancel someone's contract unless the contract allows you to do that or if the person does something which constitutes gross misconduct.

The first sentence is OK. In the second they could have said "agreed to cancel" if that's what he asked for. It's a mutual termination really.

 

Some would say his career was already Finnish.

 

Looked ok initially, but for whatever reason he has lost confidence. Good luck to the bloke, unless he playing against us!
