    We’ve got to sign a proper goalie on loan, no messing about. Don’t want someone like Sykes Kenworthy he’s not good enough. Our position in the league is still critical only 4 points clear of a relegation that could spell the end of our club. An experienced goalie is essential and let him battle with Hornby for the spot.

    Colin Doyle is 35 and was desperate to sign before and was shunted back up to Hearts.

    hasn’t played since September, but might fancy a deal until end of the season.

    i know its an ex player again, but we could do much worse. When O’D is back, would prob sit back on bench without kicking up too much of a fuss.

    For a stand in/someone to keep hornby on his toes till the end of the season I think he would be fine. I think Hornby has a good opportunity to make his claim for the shirt now though. Was alright in the 1 game hes had just seemed a bit rash/eccentric. Having said that, I like a bit of the devilment in a goalie it makes them more interesting to watch

    We had no sub keeper against Vale, Bolton have had no sub keeper in approximately 50% of their games, possibly more. Not sure if Harrogate had a sub when Belshaw missed 3-4 games or if they would have had last week when the No2 was injured, so wouldn't be unique if we only had one.
    Having said that I would imagine Ryan has it covered.
