With up to 4 new players in January and a lot of players out of contract in the summer the squad next season is going to look a lot different

Thing that I find worrying is that in that interview it seemed all Edin like and kind of Football Manager like.

His job is CEO - OFF THE PITCH! Leave the on the pitch to people that know what they are doing.

Honestly, I could see Woodgate getting this job.

I really hope it’s not him. Stuart completely lost the plot with his ever changing formations and “matching up” the opposition. Woodgate has zero experience in the khaki league and I’d fear another McCall scenario with a manager who is full of championship ideas but has a squad full of Sunday leaguers. He’d then be left scratching his head as to why it’s not working.

Let him cut his teeth somewhere else.

Not really. Adams is linked to other jobs. Morecambe won't stay up there.

Tell you what Fordy, we've had to blood young lads this season through injuries and to be honest they have looked surprisingly good. There are no guarantees with whatever squad you put together. This "khazi" league as some people call it can be difficult to get out of (promoted I mean).
Look at Cheltenham they looked one of the best sides last season and this, but probably not quite good enough.
The small squad we put together in the early 80s did it a similar way. Young lads like McCall, Abbott, Jacko, Hendrie and Tony Clegg. Yes they had the likes of Bob, John Hawley, Dave Evans and occasionally Trevor Cherry but like I said there are no guarantees whatever squad we put together so why not try young academy lads mixed with some good experienced pros.
