I think all it is is Martin Drury being moved up to oversee rather than SAM Collins sacked

Hopkin, i thought he had been ruled out weeks ago (t&a or some other media) so how come they want another interview with him?

Other choices discarded or not wanting the job.

Tbh with him and Martin I wasn't sure who did what. Did Martin get Sam's old job?

From the T&A a week or two ago

Sam Collins had previously held the development coach role but had been increasingly involved with first-team coaching duties in recent months.

His position and that of goalkeeping coach Steve Banks and fitness coach Chris Short will be clarified once a new head coach is appointe

 

I received some information that Sam had been dismissed/sacked and queried I believe @Urban Solidier comment, @Park bantam seems to believe Martin Drury has been promoted, we shall see.

The club confirmed Drury had got a promotion.

 

Wasn't that with Collins working more with the first team under Grayson and snodin? Seem to remember that being said at the time, and his position along with banks etc would be reviewed by the new manager/head coach

Might be wrong I just seem to recall that being the situation, if its worth anything Collins's LinkedIn still lists his role at city as current

Sounds to me like he’s employed until we finally appoint our Head Coach. But may be relieved of his duties if the new HC wants to bring his own backroom staff with him
