    Some of these suggestions can’t be serious? I’m surprised at the little mention (two votes including my own) for Paul Hurst, a realistic choice with both promotion and saving a side from relegation on his CV amongst more recent failings at Ipswich and Scunthorpe.

    Basically says he wants a manager and assistant and they make the final decision on players but he wants a network in the background working on signings all the time.
    It’s a high priority and not shelved plans but doesn’t feel right to announce it now (new recruitment set up)

    Dortmund's manager just been sacked, if he can bring some of their young 'uns like Haaland/Sancho/Reyna/Bellingham and can Hummels drop down to L2 level? then i'd take him on.

    I thought Ryan came across well in that interview, thinks the club have been left behind on the recruitment front, still intends to bring in a new recruitment manager/structure, aiming to have the new manager in place by the Grimsby game.

    I see little on his managerial CV which would entice me to view him as a serious candidate for the City job.
