I agree, that is a problem!

Wouldn’t surprise me if there are still tickets there for a little while after the initial mad rush. 2,000 tickets over a very limited pool of demand (that’s further self selecting either for health, quality of football or just waiting for the next game) isn’t the worst equation in the world to win when it comes to tickets.

 

It says a quid on the statement and you can claim it back?

 

Wait suddenly went from 2 hours to 4 minutes .

Booked 7 friends and family with ease. Couldn't do that a couple of months back (or whenever it was). Clearly the bubble business has burst.... not very Covid-aware. Not complaining personally, but it does seem a bit odd.

 

Just got back on, but looks like they've sold out. No green 'buy tickets' button available anymore. Total shambles.

£4 off 2,000 people for a game that probably won’t go ahead nice little money maker

 

I wonder if they haven’t turned off the booking fee option on the site? As they said a quid for admin fee and nothing else

 

Well its back on, but that infamous green button is whats causing all the problems. Whole site crashes when you click it.

 

To be fair they have only had 3 months to get it working properly

 

Finally managed to get to the checkout only to be told our 2 season tickets have already purchased over 70 tickets for the game between us. Feck em I can't be bothered anymore. Not fit to run a bath.

Best check your debit / credit card doesn’t have the booking fee ring-fenced!

 

I never got as far as putting my card details in thankfully.

Another day, another 5hitshow.

I have a claret season ticket, however I haven't actually received it. I do have an e-mail address attached to my account but was given no advance warning of purchasing. I guess it is up to me to scroll through facebook or twitter rather than the club send out an e-mail to everyone on their database who is a Claret holder to tell them their plans.

When it is set to go live the system crashed and the window was put back three hours. Then many people can't purchase them, are charged the wrong price or can't get through the basket process.

It just an example of the shambles the club has become. I don't want a ticket for the Cambridge game, I actually want one for the Morecambe game as I don't really want to be out and about prior to Christmas as I will be seeing some family so I'm keeping myself to myself until then.

I would presume that seeing as no tickets are currently available that they must have sold out, which means I expect to be in the half of the Claret holders who will get first dibs for the Morecambe game but knowing City they will probably post out tickets to Amber holders.

 

I thought city updated the server to stop it crashing a couple of seasons ago. It was a Edin thing.. probably done on the cheap, it's the city way.

 

They still use a zx spectrum

 

probably because if they split it to 2,000 and half of them don’t turn up there will be moaning about empty seats when people wanted to go

 

maybe they will spread you out across a few rows?
