    But apart from that we're good, right? ;)

    I really do wish I would be 100% enthusiastic about yesterday's announcement. I like the idea of promoting suitable people from within, whether it's the tea-lady rising to the boardroom, or a YTS player to the first-team.

    But it's not going to be easy. Here's hoping that the ambitious youngster will prove we were right not to go for a grizzled old veteran! Best of luck to you, Ryan.

    Doesn't sound like Jewell or anyone else for that matter will be coming in as DoF. Most we can expect is someone to look at the non league market. Sounds like recruitment will be conducted just as it has been.
