    That's very true.

    I've shared my thoughts on this with a few privately but am still of the view that it might be in JRs interests for this season to be a failure both on and off the pitch.

    JR 'You need to cut your losses Stefan or your investment will continue to go down in value'

    SR 'But who vill buy it?'

    JR 'I may have a solution for you ....'


    This won't happen tomorrow but give it a few months

    Was it Thiam who ripped POC a new un in that first half? Amount of times RM came inside to cover and support POC, left us so unbalanced

    We had to change due to too many games in a short space of time.
    We didn’t take our chances they did
    We responded really well in the second half

    I know I will upset the McCall lovers and especially the Width of a post crowd who love him, but I don’t want to hear our manager telling everyone we were triffic in training and our strikers will all get double figures, it’s totally boll**cks. We need a professional manager like Danny Cowley who I am sure would not have brought Mottley Henry back after releasing him. We’re just wasting time until another inevitable parting. When Bowyer was sacked Nathan Jones was available before he went back to Luton but we have to give Stu another go.

    Ive been thinking this myself. Although I do think Rupp is rather stubborn on the price.
    What worries me is the fact he clearly wants a return on what hes put in.. That's never going to happen.
    Rhodes is hanging around the club like a bad smell. There is only one reason for that imo.

    Agree with the crux of your post but I believe the likes of Cowling and Jones are well beyond the aspirations of this football club.
