    Why are we all wasting precious resource continuing with evening kickoffs with no crowds.
    Why are we not playing at lunchtime or 3.00 when we have to review each match at as late a date as we are currently?
    Makes no sense to me
    Save some brass and play at customer friendly hours.

    How is doing through the day customer friendly? Many fans have work or school, they could bring it forward to around 6.45. But 3pm or lunchtime is ridiculous imo.

    A bit like the three day week under Ted Heath ;) unless there is a reason it makes sense to play games during the day.

    it still makes sense to have them at 7:45 as when its most of the country have finished work/school!

    How is that customer friendly when most fans who would want to listen would either be at work or school. I presume you are retired or unemployed?

    A better idea, would be to play the midweek games at 7am, so those going to work could listen to the game over their full English, in the car or on their Walkmans commuting, and kids can listen to the games before going to school. Would set up everyone nicely for the day, and perhaps contribute in a more happy workforce and less depressed schoolchildren.

    Just a thought.

    Night time matches do cost more to host due to things like floodlight running costs

    Quite simply, more iFollow purchases = more revenue. Far more likely to achieve more in the evening.

    Maybe we should play the midweek matches during the day, then show them on iFollow at 7.45pm with the details embargoed until they are shown on iFollow. :unsure:
