    No it hasn't. My reply was to anyone thinking we would be signing James Norwood, i didn't actually state a reason why, of which there are various. One of them would be a the descrepency in wages being offered between leagues 1 and 2 due to the salary cap as Norwood is reputedly on £8,000 a week. What any other clubs financial position in relation to him being signed has no relevance to us.
