Season Ticket Options

    Given the dwindling prospect of crowds being admitted to Valley Parade for sometime, it looks increasingly likely that we will all have to settle for iFollow for some, most or all of the coming season.

    Trying to keep things relatively simple, I've come up with an idea for how City might package season tickets for the coming season.

    Season Ticket Packages – All options to include the reservation of your normal seat for 2021/22 (subject to renewing for that season).

    Priority Return - Adult £175
    iFollow access until allowed back into stadium, then access to the stadium as soon as numbers allow it. Access to stadium may not be in your normal seat or stand.

    ​
    Secondary Return - Adult £150
    As above, but admission back to the stadium will only be after Priority Return season ticket holders have been accommodated.​


    iFollow Season - £150
    Access to matches via iFollow for the whole season. If there is a return to full crowds before the season ends, then iFollow season ticket holders will have the option to switch from iFollow to attending matches.​


    The Club should also offer add ons such as a programme (digital or printed) delivered to your door in time for each match.

    Is this the sort of thing people are expecting?

    I cant see many folk stumping up for a season ticket to watch on ifollow ... especially when there's all these snide accounts about

    How much is an I follow game normally? 150 seems very cheap for a full season of 46 games

    The early bird price, for international viewers, was £110 last season.

    Appreciate you might not know hut what do the club get from that per game? If this is to replace income lost from match day fans that will be far too cheap

    It is my understanding that the selling club (i.e. Bradford City in our case) get most of that (with a cut going to iFollow).

    One joint I follow ground season ticket would suffice extra to include away games entry to games by sections so friends and family can sit together taking into account social distancing but seats allocated on arrival

    After the cancellation of trial events I can not see much rushing to have fans back in till after Christmas at earliest

    It's one thing using a 'snide' account to watch a few away games in a normal season and quite another using it to watch every game during a pandemic. I would hope real fans would support the club and buy a season ticket.

    Monday I had my renewal reminder for my WHU ST and it laid out 3 options based on a match by match ballot.
    TBH it looks like it's being done in a fair manner, includes all ST holders irrespective of price paid or Fordy's much vaunted no over '70s

    Renewed mine back in January so expect to be in the first priority back and at least a seat next to Stuart (social distance of course)

    It won't. I believe last season clubs got 75-80% with the rest going to ifollow.

    Some households have multiple season ticket holders, but in theory would only need ifollow pass for them all to watch.

    True, that's why it needs to be linked into actual season tickets - you still get allocated your normal seat in the stadium, but if you don't buy one and watch via someone else's subscription, you lose your seat.
