Didn't know fans were allowed back into the ground mate?

Fans don't need to voice their thoughts about a CEO on a match day and it's rare that they do. Tends to be managers that get it from fans.

It's 2020 fans will use social media and other platforms. Bradford City as a business should be aware fans want Rhodes out now.

If Rupp was interested he would make the change of CEO now.

It’s why I couldn’t be bothered with a serious reply, no answer just hope to get lucky like we did with Parky.

In 18/19 season we could have taken a million of what was one of the highest budgets in the league, had a mid table budget invested in proper sports science, coaching and scouting to put together a proper squad with one identity and style of play. It would have done far better.

Parkys football wasn’t easy on the eye, but he was consistent, and had the right network and coaching staff. He brought them to the club not Rhodes, which is why before and after Parkys reign we have been garbage baring one season in 15, which of course Rhodes wasn’t even at the club then!

I never mentioned in the ground, and again I'm not sure a few dozen on different social media speak for the majority of Bradford City fans, so no I don't believe most want him out.

That's the whole point Rupp is not as interested as us fans would hope, I dont think Stefan would have a clue where to start with regards getting a CEO who a back ground in football.

But if we receive what you’d say is bonus money, from cups runs or a sell on such as Mcburnies would we not be better investing some of that in the longer term future of the club?
It doesn’t have to a training complex that was an example but even a league leading analytics and scouting department with offices at the ground or training ground for example.

We received nearly 2 million for McBurnie in the end was it? Could the owner not pocket 750,000 and split the rest between future long terms projects and then the other to top up the playing budget? I’m of the mentality the manager gets a playing budget at each window and he either shows he deserves more or proves he deserve more in his performance. Don’t just chuck good money after bad all the time.

Good players and good managers come and go but we never have anything to show for it in the long term. Would be nice if McCall was one day poached as he’d done a good job with us to know we have a sound scouting department who already have a a large database of players to go

I never expected a reply serious or otherwise its standard
Some fans have blind faith in our club and refuse to see a problem others voice their concerns let's hope the latter get some action before it's too late we are on a very slippery slope

Seems to me if Rupp wants to sell the
club for an amount he finds acceptable,
he will have to make it more attractive,
    ie. successful.

Rhodes will know investment is needed
but he may also know whether Rupp will
    or won't invest.

The club needs to get back the ownership
of the ground. How that can be achieved
needs to be discussed and implemented.

Gibb is on a good thing and has prospered
With the rent for years but I think he knows
if the clubs situation gets worse financially,
he may be left with a lot of scrap metal on
land that is not worth much.

I think the ball is in Rupp's court and at some
point,he may be forced to take whatever is
available rather than be in control so it's up
    to him!

It's a lot like a festival line up being announced.

They announce some popular but uninspiring headliners, and people whinge on about how it's not this or that and the worst line up ever.

They announce a few rounds of artists, and so much whinging goes on, they should do this or that, and eventually the line up rounds itself out and its one you either want to go to or it's not.

I can't believe I just read someone say 'but we don't have a midfield yet...'

    Christ...

    Anyone hearing any rumours?

Watt is the one of the 4/5 names mentioned as being close to signing but hasn't yet.

    Still short of midfielders.

Does anyone think Alan McCormack could do a "Gary Jones" for one season?

Sounds like Watt is a done deal. However cannot sign until next week once the window opens
