    Must be plenty on here who placed bets at the start of the season.
    Personally I had my customary £5 on city to win the league (I know it looks daft now , but pre season enthusiasm and all that).
    My fiver is sat in my account as a bet in running , but no availability to cash out.
    Question is what will happen to possibly millions left in accounts unsettled?

    All depends on the outcome of the EFL meeting.

    If the season is firmly finished by PPG you will lose your bet.
    If we somehow get into the play offs without playing you will lose your bet.

    The only way cash out returns is if football returns fully like in the championship.

    It won’t be unsettled for long. Once the EFL decide on curtailing the season it will go down as a loss. Still technically not decided yet

    Depends on who you bet with and their liabilities....if you backed swindon for the title they will pay you, if you back city to go up you may get it voided as there was a chance they could have still gone up, if you backed say scunthorpe to win the league, it will likely be settled as a loser as they already couldnt win it

    Really!! Think what you want mate...I have plenty of money and I honestly don't care what you think.

    As for a successful businessman I have never worried or thought about that. I think about what money I have in my bank and if I want to pay cash to buy most cars in the world I can or houses. That's the driver for me.

    So, you think what you want..When you get zoom calls from your VIP bank manager during lockdown you know you're doing well!
