How do you know? We haven't produced anyone of value yet? Exeter have invested money into new stands and the academy. But they have not gone up. They are sustainable but they aren't going anywhere. They need more investment to take the next step. Ring any bells??

 

That is the aim and we are not arguing about investment other than what it cost to run the youth policy. And in my opinion at the moment that money is better spent their than throwing it away giving an odd player an inflated wage

It seems any coach that comes in will just coach the players and not make the signings that would be Edins job

Does anyone rememebr in matter of heart documentary when Greg says let’s sign tom boar from the Dutch league he played for F.C. Eindhoven Edin said he was not good enough that summer and he signed for someone else instead of us and scored a hatful every game he played in at Dutch 2nd level which Edin said wasn’t a good standard so 38 games played 33 goals and then got signed by F.C. twente who were in the Dutch 1st
To say we dined wyke from league 2. So is Edin sayin Dutch 2nd level is not as strong as league 2? We have to trust his opinion he knows football then he signed bruenker. Let’s face it a low level, if we had maybe picked up a few more of abbots recommendations then we would be doing great.

With Dennis, we should have just paid whatever price really, or given them (chesterfield) bruenker on loan
