    safe and easy choice but the club never really takes the risky decision.. but the pressure is on now, he must deliver promotion either this season or as a minimum next season.

    no rahic, no 'coach' title, free-reign over signings and backroom staff..

    no more excuses.

    Love the man !, but not too sure about 3rd time as manager, I think, like most people I couldn't bear him to fail a 3rd time, but he shouldnt have been sacked last time. but he will get 100% support from me as always.

    I read it at least until the end of the season. Maybe an option to extend if things are going well.

    Novak started 29 of McCall's 34 league games in charge, only 2 players played more under him. 9 goals in those 29 starts, think he's going to be delighted

    Don't start putting pressure on him straight away, lets give him a chance to settle in, he's got a right rag bag full of players to knock into shape, and that will take time, and won't be easy, Personally I think a lot of the team need a good strong kick up the backside

    I think it will be a contract until 20/21 but maybe can be reviewed at the end of the season or Bradford are just saying it so fans don't kick off.

    If he can get us out of this league then at least it won't be to the conference where we could have been heading with another season under Bowyer....
