    I’ve heard Connor Wood is leaving tonight, Rotherham have tabled a £200k bid which was accepted. Personal terms have been agreed and it’s its to be announce after Agard (presumably to soften the blow..)

    If that happens, it doesn't surprise me in the least. Wood is a great prospect and I struggle to think of other players at VP who would command a fee. When we're in short-term, belt tightening mode, it's a no brainer for the owner if there is an offer on the table. But it's a big disappointment for the rest of us and demonstrates our real intent for this season.

    Thought he was more of a centre back - left footed I know but has he the pace to get up and down the flank and his crossing will need to be pretty good....

    If true i think its a fair risk from Rotherham, as you say i don't think we have another player at the club that would entertain a serious money bid. Has the potential to do better under a better manager and coaches.
