    Suprised by this. He's nearly 28 and not a regular goalscorer. Couldn't see him doing anything at all in the Championship....but he can seemingly do a job in L1/2 and I thought he might be a realistic target for us, given his history of working with Bowyer, on loan to the summer maybe. If he can get himself a better move, fair play to the lad.

    Sounds like Joe Nuttall might be the player leaving Blackpool to go to L2 but will be a loan so surely counts us out? 23 year old striker, prolific for B'burn U23s and had a spell in the first team last year there. 4th/5th choice forward at B'pool now. But we aren't going to get a 7th loan surely? He signed a 3 year deal in the summer so cant see them pulling the trigger after 6 months with a sale.

    Wilder as of 11am today said no clubs have bid for Leon Clarke. Hyped him up a bit to try get someone talking, looking at the Sheff message boards, no mention of City but Rotherham are linked.

    Grayson confirmed this aft a player is leaving on a perm deal to L2, deal to confirmed any time soon. The fans think it's Callum Guy or Ben Tollitt, a winger who has been at Wrexham until November. They dont rate either. Few City fans suggesting Guy on Twitter.
