I think you wrong, Stuart made the comment that Rory would have no trouble getting a better offer from another club. I'l try and find it, so that would suggest the club made him an offer that was unacceptable.

From the T&A : McArdle rejected City's offer of a new deal and is understood to have been given better financial terms with the Iron. His exit comes on the back of Mark Marshall's departure to Charlton last week.

I listened to an interview I think it was pre or post match against Scunthorpe where he said he had been “offered nothing”

You said he didn't get an offer, it's there in pink & white that he did, then you say he was pissed off because he didn't get an offer before then, that wasn't the point.

 

I am saying he definitely said in an interview he didn’t sign because he was offered nothing those were his words so which ever way you want to interpret it
