    I would extremely worried if we appointed Drury. Yes it would be great to prove a substantial amount of fans wrong. It would be an enormous risk to take when the fans are already feeling we do not have enough resources to make it in league 1.

    To be fair appointing someone like Martin Drury would be a similar move to Massimo Cellino signing David Hockaday, the difference being money was no object to Cellino.

    It's a gamble either way @Park bantam@Park bantam I agree, experience is no guarantee, what does worry me is if it was by any chance they do promote from within and appoint Drury then IMO it would be a chance for Edin to get more involved with the football side (not picking the team) where as with an experienced ex-coach he would not allow that.

    Just had a text from a friend, me not being a betting man and he says, we are 6/1 for relegation with a#limit of £125 per bet, and odds on Drury have reduced to 9/2 from 28/1, does that concern any of you betting guys/gals ?.

    I don't think for a minute this would happen but anybody who could find a positive in the appointment is delusional.
