Problem is nothing is done. Surely the CCTV footage is good enough to get some faces printed off And round them up next home game

This is a trend happening at a lot of clubs, not just Bradford City. Normally that part of the kop is fairly empty but lately the schooligan mob have turned up en masse just after half time. It was the same at Walsall last week before the penalty, like watching a Benny Hill sketch as the mob of stone island clad kids running about like headless chickens.

Identify them, give the a 2 game ban for the first occasion. Then a season ban for the second. If they do it a third time ban them for life, if they can't learn after 2 bans we don't want them here.
I know we all get excited and emotions run high but this is going to bite us on the arse eventually, we will end up with the bottom tier closed or a points deduction at some point.

Sounds like a fair and just punishment, to me - Once bitten, twice shy, etc. If caught three times, then there can be no hope for these feral boys.

You can't even fart at a match now, what real harm is done by celebrating on edge of pitch. Half of you lot on here are what's wrong with modern football. The biggest crime is how football clubs are ripping you mugs off and how they show no loyalty at all to the club name.

NO ..... @Futchers tache@Futchers tache - Your apparent acceptance of this behaviour is "what's wrong with modern football" :(
Rules and regulations are in place for a reason, particularly for safety concerns. I shouldn't need to remind you of that.

I noticed someone hit the steward too and I was sat in the upper kop. Ruins it for everyone. I don't mind supporters celebrating with the players as-long as its in the right manner. Yesterday it wasn't for me.

The club used to have zero tolerance on this. Does everyone remember when away fans used to jump onto the pitch and the first one - or at least the first one they could catch - got chucked out and we'd all laugh? Home fans did not do it because they knew the first on would be ejected and might lose their seat for the season. When did the club drop this policy? Was it Edin or was it earlier?

There has to be preventative measures in place. The stewards rightly or wrongly don't even try to stop anyone in this situation so I think it's time the netting is back for the first few rows of the kop as others have said.

    And then what?

Reviewing an incident such as this is to be applauded but only as the start of the process. What action will the club be taking against the perpetrators to avoid a repetition of something similar?

Surely there can be a barrier put across the open spaces leading onto the pitch. One that in the event of an emergency the stewards can easily remove. This might not completely prevent persons getting onto the pitch but could well slow them down to allow time for the stewards to reach them and stop them.

Anyone under 18 maybe given a warning or temporary ban.

Anyone over 18 involved instant permanent ban.

Probably no adults were involved, but if there were, wow that's embarrassing. Should be banned just for being so incredibly thick.

    Very true, Dennis.
Any failure to 'act' would be seen as the old joke suggests ........

'The sink hole which appeared on a major road is being investigated. Both the Police and Highways Authority are looking into it' ;)
