    For me it has to be a young up and coming manager with connections:

    Harry Kewell is a good shout.
    Moore would be perfect
    Bellamy
    Robbie Fowler.
    Lampard

    The reason I am picking these is because our owners clearly want to try to take over and it's better that we have a young ambitious manager that's hungry to succeed that the players will look up too.

    I would give any of them a chance here.

    Megson, Grayson all them bores won't follow the Edin's rules and play boring football.

    Impossible to answer as I don’t know what ‘realistic’ means. Do you know how much any prospective head coach will be offered? How much budget he will have? What input he will have on transfers?

    Simple answer is, we don’t know, so we don’t know what realistic options there are.

    For what it’s worth, my choices would be Graham Alexander, John Sheridan or if we could land him, Derek Adams

    This post tells me all I need to know. Wanted rid of a tried and tested manager with a proven track record of getting teams promoted, and wants to appoint a rookie with zero experience, who is likely to do as he’s told as it’s his first job. You couldn’t make it up. We need a strong personality with vast experience to steady the ship and build an experienced team.

    Why would he leave a team he’s got to the playoffs to come to a team with a lower budget and with a lot of work to do to get it back on track. Maybe his chairman will want to get rid of him after getting to the playoff final. Sounds ludicrous i know........
