    I'm suggesting that the general standard of driving in Bradford is shit and if true.... this advert could be a cause. I would have thought that was quite apparent to anyone with an ounce of intelligence .

    It's just an advert for a driving school that is targeting people who have struggled to pass their test.
    Nothing Bradford specific about that whatsoever. People fail driving tests all over the country. And driving schools target those people because they'll need more lessons than first time passers.
    That ad could be anywhere. I would have thought that was quite apparent to anyone with an ounce of intelligence.
