    They have just been magnificent!! Even I didn’t think they could do it. Just brilliant, this what footballers up and down the leagues should aspire. Maybe outclassed, but the heart they couldn’t be beaten.

    That was incredible....everything about it, just amazing. Thankfully, every now and again football can remind us why we put up with the shit times. Let's hope Spurs can pull another shock off.

    Great stuff, I think Barcelona might be looking at the future with trepidation though. The financial power of the Premier League just keeps on growing and they have to be looking at it and thinking where they can go from here.

    What was that all about a pleasure to watch.
    Can Spurs get through in Amsterdam, if Liverpool can pull 4 back without Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, I'm sure Spurs will fancy there chances.

    I have a soft spot for the Scousers having lived there for 10 years. I have lots of Liverpool supporting friends who are overjoyed. What a fantastic match.

    Yep me too ever since the 60’s. Just loved the way they played as a team, didn’t flinch, kept their nerve, and played their way into the final.

    It shouldn’t have been possible, but anything is possible when you have a team all for one playing together. Manager can take a bow.

    Barca are a disgraceful team really. We keep seeing in knock out European football with them that they play well in the first leg and deserve their lead and then buy into their own hype in the second leg and try and walk the ball into the net rather than killing the tie off, Even against United in the last round they could have easily been a couple of goals down early on in the second leg. Really they got lucky that United made two stupid mistakes to gift the first 2 goals which took the wind out of their sails but going into a match that you are already up in hoping to either walk the ball into the net for a perfect goal or to be gifted a goal from a mistake is just criminal and we have seen them do it in multiple rounds across multiple seasons.

    They were truly awful tonight, you could see their whole set up was wrong tonight. As soon as the first goal went in their body language stunk the place out. Said to my lad it Liverpool would finish it normal time, question was how many they win by. Terrible management, should never lose a game after being 3-0 form the first leg. Great performance from Liverpool, sensed Barcelona didn't want it after the first then hunted them down. Klopp has turned them into one of the best sides in the world.

    Liverpool deserve to go and win it now after that breath taking come back. The look on messi's face was priceless at the final whistle.

    all hail luis suarez , dirty fecker injures Robertson so gini Wijnaldum has to come on as sub and with 2 quick goals turns the tie around.
    Karma is a bitch luis, get your teeth into that.
    Watched the game with one of my lads who is a Liverpool fan, with City a very poor second(although he has been to games).
    Magical things happen at Anfield, i thought Barca were supposed to be good.
    Guess the Pool were a bit better.
