As a former Engineering lecturer, and also Super Market Manager - I often posed the question ........ 'As a customer, what do you want, expect, and hope for ?' I quickly followed that up with 'Deliver what you expect, as a minimum'.

I think there are people out there that are trying to destabilise the club with a rumour a day 90% are bogus.
Baldwin is a great guy but he has a great job at Burnley. James Mason has done brilliantly as his replacement. Although he seems to be in the same hiding place as Edin at the moment

In 2001 I bought a Leather suite for near to £2.5 K, it still looks and feels like new in my wifes new home. Had I bought DFS, I could have been on my 5 th suite ? (5 x £750 = over £7.5k

I have to disagree, JM is a classic bullshitter......

 

in this day and age absolutely. i think JM does a good job and is clearly passionate about the club although his taste in footwear isn't ideal. Like it or not things like social media are what we need to have a solid presence on to get the next generation of supporters aware of who we are and engaged on a regular basis. On that score JMs actually done a brilliant job if you see the size/following of our online presence compared to clubs in the same division and even some championship clubs.

Definitely not me BoingBoing. I believe in being up front which is why I usually add my real name to my posts. However, as you choose to be on the subject of James Mason, I will say from first hand knowledge and some periodic mentoring , he is a good guy who has done a first rate job in increasingly difficult circumstances, as some on here have rightly pointed out.
He has kept several sponsors on side when they were thinking of quitting and has brought some new ones in who are tied in for the next period of time. Equally he has agreed terms with others, notably a seven figure deal only for that deal to be lost, not due to James.
I fear many on here do not realise how hard his job has been for the last 12 months. Your work is really cut out when people are about to pull the plug because they no longer feel valued, feel a disconnect, feel the Club is regressing, etc
Leave the guy alone and let him get on as best as he is allowed to.
