Just watched the highlights. That penalty decision was appalling.
Other than that I got all I wanted today. Team well-organised, good crowd giving good support, three good goals, three points, a nice day after an awful morning and, above all, the belief amongst both players and fans that we have a chance of getting out of this mess.

Very good today from the team. Put the hard work in and were rewarded for it with the 3 points. Just had another look at the "foul" for the penalty on the match highlights and it never should've been given as it was a great tackle. Other than that, great day, onwards and upwards. CTID.

The penalty was just another example of bad decisions going against us all season today for the first time it didn’t matter

watching the video of the penalty decision, although caddis got the ball he is out of control with his tackle - two feet off the ground and jumping into the tackle. i don’t agree with the decision but can see why it’s been given.

if that’s at the kop end and lafferty has jumped in on david ball, two feet off the ground and not in control we’re all screaming for a spot kick.

the referee’s decision to stop play when mellor was down injured was worse.

Nah. I'd take my hat off to 'Lafferty' for a perfectly timed tackle. Which Caddiss's was. Refs do make mistakes, this was one of them.

That may all be the case Park but somehow I don't think we'd have got the result we did with Hopkin in charge.

I think it's a bit mean spirited to deny Bowyer the credit for the win today. Quite unlike you if I may say so :p

A referees primary responsibility is the safety of the players. The game should’ve been stopped sooner. He was genuinely injured and had to leave the game.

I thought he made some very poor decisions today, but we were still to good overall for Posh.
I thought Ferguson made some strange calls today, I can only assume Dembélé was injured, but leaving Toney out was a mistake for me, him and Dembélé were very good at London Road when we played them there.

i’m not saying i agree with the decision but i can see why the referee gave it; two feet off the floor, jumps in and out of control of his tackle. you might not like it, but those are the rules.

wrong. the refereee only has to stop play for a head injury - not for a muscular injury. the rule is there to ensure players can’t just go down ‘injured’ for example when the opposition is breaking and make the ref stop play to reduce risk of conceding a goal.

What a ball that was from Akpan for our 2nd. Doyle took his goal superbly and did really well for the 3rd.

The only thing that Rahic got credit for was the pitch and as others have said, its shocking.
