TBF, none of us knows why managers make their decisions. It’s not always down to ability. As poor as Wright has been, he’d still be on the bench before some of the kids we’ve had there of late. Similarly, Jones has more ability than either Brunker or Patrick, but has been told to find another club.

If money was spent on effort alone, Brunker would have been worth millions.
