Disappointed that this was cancelled. I paid my money but I don't get to understand the reasons why because I'm not ITK?

 

quick question.. is there going to be a receipt for each contributor with it showing their money going to the burns unit / MND charity? just asking for a friend. how will you do this for anonymous contributors?

if someone donated anonymously, how are you going to ensure their refund gets back to them or ensure it’s not claimed by someone untoward?

 

you paid for a service / goods.. these were undelivered. i feel you are well within your rights to be annoyed. you deserve to know the reasons why your purchase wasn’t delivered under the terms of your payment.

 

not at all. i don’t think fans should be expected to pay their hard earned for a service that isn’t delivered and they at least deserve an explanation and refund if that is their choice.

 

Here's an idea, why don't you stop interfering in something that does not affect you directly in anyway and let those that it does contact Jon directly if they have any grievances about it?
