Guesswork on my part. It was said somewhere that David and Julian would be planning for the January window, I took it as read that would be the transfer cttm in the bin.

I think recruitment before January is going to be incredibly hard, you wouldn’t think so, but it looks like Agents as normal are playing hard ball, they just look at us and see ££££ rolling over.

This in no way devalues the flyover, the more eyeballs the better, the issues with our chairmen remain extremely poignant and desperate attempts from a handful of posters to put a stop to it are redundant.

The flyover is ideal, because it literally cannot affect the players or the game.

Ive been to every home game bar Rochdale and to several away games this season how much more do you want me to support the players and manager.
It's a crying shame that it has taken National media intervention and the stay away fans (not forgetting the up and coming fly bye) to get Rupp to get involved, I was thinking it was only Edin with the massive ego it looks like Stefan was reluctant to get himself or some else to get involved to save his investment until recently, a blind man could see that our club was in a very serious way as far back as last December when Grayson was brought in and couldn't change stuff.

For goodness sake the incentive is what it is and Julian knows that. However, what it says to fans and sponsors, is we are back or more importantly I am back, let’s give it our best shot. That is the message.

What might get the stayaways back is a full hearted blood and thunder match that we actually win.

 

Are the two men at the top the club now? Lawn used to say that whoever owned the club were just custodians, I agree with him and certainly would say that the club is made up from more than just private investors. The fans will continue to back the players and Hopkin, as they have all season a plane flying overhead won't change that.

I think it is going to take far more than a one off game to get fans back onside, I get your point but as you know this runs far deeper than a team that isn't performing on the pitch. Weve been here previously because of bad decisions made by the people in control 2 admins spring to mind and it took years to get trust back not only fans but as some have pointed out local businesses who were left out of pocket.
I honestly dont believe these two came to make us a worse team but when you have one share holder (the major shareholder) who is not interested in the game and another who thinks his way is the only way its hardly suprising we are where we are, although Edin is rightly getting blamed for most of the present situation Rupp can't dismiss the situation is also down to him, he does not need to be a football fan to see where we started and where we are now.

I was against the method used to.oust the owners
Boycotts flyovers and the like sour the atmosphere further and make.it less likely we will recover from where we are. I don't give a monkeys who owns the club all.i care about is our immediate position and how to turn it round. Give Rhodes and Co support and leave this sort of thing to when our position improves

 

I’m not saying this should mean people change the mind of fans about the owners but at least people need to stop moaning about every single thing that comes out of the club. It’s pathetic.

I think some would be happy about the club going into administration just to get rid of the owners. Totally delusional and would kill us for years to come.

I’d say to fans go and support your team. You might not support the owners but cutting off income for the club is not helping your club at all. Once you’ve spent your money Chant all you want about the owners and watch the plane fly over. But to not go because you don’t like them? It will only come back on us fans
