Should Rahic be sacked?

    My understanding is that Rahic is a minority shareholder so is it not possible for Rupp to simply sack him, and put in place someone who is more capable of doing the job (that would be a very long list).

    The reality is that Rahic has been grossly incompetent on so many levels. Surely it can be demonstrated that he has mismanaged the business. As a director I thought he had a fiduciary responsibility to not do things that would likely jeopardise the business.

    Not only that, but there is probably evidence that he has also bullied some members of staff (clearly evidence would be needed rather just here-say). Bullying at any level is serious and if this has happened he should be made responsible for his actions.

    And then there must be charges of constructive dismissal that could be levied against him, as he seems to have gone out of his way to engineer some people's departure (Stuart is just one case that comes to mind).

    Who knows. Maybe the reason he hasn't shown his face for weeks is because Rupp is now in the process of getting rid of him. He might have been offered the 'do you want to jump or shall we push you?' option.

    Just a thought.

    For the 8 millionth time, he’s not been at the club for two weeks because it is his kids’ half term. They go to a private school and so have different holidays to LEA schools. He is/was due back in the UK today. If he’s not in on Monday then the rumours might have some truth. Might.

    If there was any evidence of bullying or constructive dismissal don’t you think they would have already been dealt with, or at least claims logged? So if they have happened the people involved have come to an agreement with the club or they don’t have evidence.

    Word today was he's back to work as usual on Monday. I doubt we'll hear anything from him publicly, he'll keep his head down. He's notoriously hard to get hold of when he wants to be apparently.

    Maybe, but when you live abroad and have kids you have limited opportunities to travel to see grandparents and so on. Agreed I’ll be surprised if he hasn’t met with Rupp and other club business.
    I’d be equally surprised if him and his wife haven’t spent some time wondering if the shit coming their way is worth it, but it is half term and no matter how comfortable you are living abroad, there is no place like your own country.

    I hope he comes back so that he can be exposed to the grief he deserves off many of the supporters. He should take significant portion of responsibility for what is happening.

    Maybe that’s because whatever he says he gets shot down. This mess is mostly his doing and I can’t blame him for laying low! He’s probably hoping it will blow over, but it won’t.
