I don't think you can really; until it's resolved.
If something were to happen, with BCAFC knowing the situation, it could put the Club in an indefensible position.

Get Robinson in the team. Supposed to be innocent till proved guilty not other way round. Another poor decision by the owners.

 

The old innocent until proven guilty rule was changed a while back Now, if someone says you are guilty you ARE guilty. Even if you prove you are innocent you are STILL guilty.

Maybe, but we are getting down to the youngsters now, due to suspensions, injuries and players just not being good enough. We need all hands on deck. I just don't get how people can be prevented from doing their job BEFORE they are tried in a court of law. Once they've been tried then do whatever needs to be done, but until then the innocent until proven guilty MUST be upheld, otherwise employers end up becoming judge and jury.

Read your own employer’s HR policies. You’ll find it’s not at all unusual to be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation. Protects all parties involved with no assumption of guilt.

I wouldn’t have thought he would be back anytime soon. The police are investigating, until they have concluded that process he will continue with the suspension.

 

It must be some investigation, he was arrested 10 weeks ago.

 

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that he cannot play for us at the time being. I find it incredible that the club have allowed this to amble on without putting any pressure on to bring the matter to a head, one way or another. If he is going to be charged then so be it. Until then he is an innocent man. If the police are hiding behind the "it has been passed to the CPS" story, then just look at how long matters were allowed to drift with Cliff Richards.
