    As there is no former players' forum on here I thought you might like to know Jon McLaughlin is leaving Hearts at the end of the season as, according to Craig Levine, he is attracting interest from some "big clubs" in England.

    That's good to hear.

    On that note, it would be wonderful to have the 'Where are the now' forum back. It always made for interesting reading, and kept all those kind of threads in one place.

    I always supported the lad when others were saying we should/could get better, and as you say that closed season he came back and tried to win a contract but we let him go and signed Williams.

    Excellent shot stopper. Just couldn't kick.

    I think Parky wanted to keep him but ML didn't want to pay the money.

    Then we got Pickford and Williams.

    Yes I think you might be right I remember asking him in pre-season training when he came back if he thought he'd get offered a contract and he seemed positive.

    Not there yet. Still to play Plymouth and us. Avoid defeat against Plymouth though, and you would imagine they will have no trouble sealing it against us on Saturday
