Due to where I work and live I know lots of Bolton fans, who gave me alot of shit last season so It would be nice to give a bit back

 

The teams that do wel in lower league football are adaptable. Get it down and play when surfaces and opposition allow and when the pitch is like it has been or we are outnumbered in midfield it needs to be more long ball. We need Grayson here or someone like him who has record of producing winning and successful teams. Wake up Fordy

 

There's no right or wrong way to play football. What you mean is that they play football that suits your particular preference.

If there was the only one way to play football then everyone would do it, we'd never have progressed under PP and would have performed better than 5th last year.

 

Who was the German "coach" people kept mentioning on C&B (not Rosler) as a possibility?

Managers tend to play one style or another, not a mix. Etiher get the ball forward quickly or pass through midfield.

So I heard some random unknown guy in a suit tell some other random guy in a suit. I sit directly behind the area where the dudes in suits sit in the main stand at the top. So I see all those chaps in the program the centurions or whatever they are.. the ginger guy, Roger Owen all those dudes.
I heard the ‘grayson said he wants £4million budget for next year’ come from those dudes, whenever they area

Lets not confuse league 1 with the two best teams in the premiership. Their supposed longball game is far and away removed from league 1 hoofball. Take our two respective managers this season. Both are known for trying to play football a certain way. one passing and one more direct longball. Ask fans of other clubs where they have been managers. As i mentioned before a Huddersfield fan i was talking to said exactly that this morning when i mentioned Grayson. Said he gets results but the football when he was at Huddersfield was route 1 longball. Nothing wrong with that, but thats Graysons MO and it will never change. Managers in league 1 do not play 2 styles of football.
