If there are two instalments to pay a more realistic offer would be to pay back the two that have and write off the other two.

 

Also to clarify .
There is a confidentiality clause in the original agreement, in that until the last installment was paid the previous owners couldn't talk to the press about the club (more in a negative matter, general chit chat just about gets round the agreement). Never a problem for Rhodes as he never said owt anyway but for Lawn , whom always has a lot to say anyway, I understand its been bloody difficult for him not to go on record with the press, with how he club has been run.

Can't quite see that happening it would mean R&R losing 50% of the purchase price for "running"the club since the takeover Stefan may consider this as he will be able to write it off against tax losses but feel certain that Edin who reportedly sunk all his capital into it would be a totally different ball game. Lots of different rumours will no doubt surface shortly but in my opinion this has no roots.

Fully appreciate that, my only concern is it's a consortium that we don't know except for one party (who was hardly a big investor the first time around). If he's found a Chinese billionaire then great, with our luck we are more likely to get the owner of ABSea.

If not it makes it worse as it means one of the consortium is trying to play it out in public rather than discussing it face to face. If they want to buy the club discuss it in private rather than starting rumours

Dont think R&R capital investments is on a 50/50 basis. Seems to be quite common knowledge that Stefan has a more substantial stake.
Edin may have sunk all his capital in, but on a more minority basis.
Stefan I would suggest could write off against tax a more substantial investment

 

Probably haven't mentioned Julian as he didn't come out and say it.

It is being referred to as Lawn made a big song and dance about how he wouldn't just sell to the anyone with money, it had to be the right people. If he hadn't said it people wouldn't be referring to it. So he made the stick that is being used
