What you need is a nice warm drink and listen to Brahms Lullaby, that will send you off to sleep in a minute, no nightmares.

Or stroking a cat is extremely soothing. If they purr that will have you nice and relaxed.

Then there is listening to Whales and Dolphins singing.

If you have a significant other, you can always suggest mutual massaging with lovely oils.

I guarantee after all f that you will have a smile on your face.
