I'm for reducing our impact on the planet by too many people being too wasteful but global warming is far form proven due to natural cycles, data fiddling, dodgy temperature modelling and highly unlikely CO2 theory.

There isn't really any scientific debate about global warming anymore. Aside from individual details or differing readings, it's accepted almost across the board.

But there's a lot of debate in political terms - loads of it. Unfortunately, politicians aren't necessarily knowledgeable or even honest.

The same kinds of misinformation as has been used in major campaigns around the world is used to attempt to cast doubt on the reality of it.

To debunk the idea of global warming, use a scientific paper from a genuine academic source, then cross reference it.

Id think the explosive world population is also a massive problem, how are they going to be feed, there are many countries now that can feed their citizens.

 

The reason there is so little argument is because it takes a brave scientist to put their head above the parapet and question the received wisdom. Climate change is like a religion and to be a modern day Martin Luther you need a strong character, knowing you're probably committing career suicide. Many who've raised doubts have found their careers destroyed overnight. Take David Bellamy for example; criticised wind-turbines and then called climate change alarms poppycock: his punishment - dropped by The BBC completely. He could have stayed quiet and kept his cosy career but his moral decency wouldn't let him.

I agree with you completely. The population explosion is a real problem. Africa is expected to double its population by 2050 and then double it again by 2100. Africa already has a problem feeding and giving a basic decent standard of living to its current numbers. If the climate alarmists are right then global warming will make sub-Saharan Africa even less productive. Even if they're greatly exaggerating the problem of climate-change the population explosion will make the migrant crisis we've seen in recent years immeasurably worse.
The world is concentrating on the mote of "climate change" but should be looking at the beam of population explosion.

 

Its the poles where the temperatures are rising the fastest. Think the equator will be last to feel the difference.

There is still a lot of scientific dissent on global warming theory but the peer review process is used to exclude many scientists from being published in mainstream outlets. Some media, like the BBC, refuse to host sceptical scientists even though the BBC's mandate says they must be impartial This means we are not being given the whole picture.

Try following some sceptic websites for a bit. You'll find they are usually well referenced and logical and not quite the fake news and nutters main media would have you think. Make your own mind up when you have more information It's interesting to follow them a while and see what your tv and papers don't tell you. Some use climate science jargon but you will probably get used to it after a bit.
