Tactical move according to Grayson's post match interview, he'll have to explain that one, we go 1-0 down and he takes a strikers off (sorry but that's what Poleon is classed as) and brings Law on, now what formation is that from two strikers to Wyke up top buy himself. We had our chances and didn't take them where as Southend got two poor goals, second a deflection but they put them away, been our problem most of this season.
I'm really not bothered if Grayson stays or goes, then he gets on about the training facilities not being up to scratch.

We have an outside all weather pitch, a very good playing area on the front pitch near the car parking area, not been around the area under the railway bridge recently but both Parkinson and McCall used them on a Friday before the game (private training) they thought , and a good gym with a swimming pool, as you say were league one, McCartan was used to going to the local gym and park with for training at Accrington.

Back down to earth tonight after the mini revival since the Blackpool debacle.

I'm lost for something positive to say about any player bar one tonight, young Callum Guy and he's a loanee.
He never gave up all afternoon but most players once again failed to even turn up and perform infront of at times a very quite stadium.
