    They don't even seem to care these days because they get measured on new customers not keeping the existing ones.

    Before I. Set up Kcom BT (surprisingly) offered me a discount to £29.99 a month from £47.95 I said no.

    Now I will evaluate whether to change phones from EE to someone cheaper.


    I had been with BT since 2006 and my company paid for it until 2022.

    Steak Pie and Beans for tea.
    After an email from Northern I'm now watching video of Train Sim World 7 where you can drive trains along the entire Airedale & Wharfedale lines. The graphics are superb and the scenery is exact to real life.
    I'm impressed. Never ever thought about a train game but it would certainly be a change from fighting the cartels in Bolivia

    My old workmate who retired with me must have got a particularly unpleasant call centre worker when he rung.
    He got quoted £56 for the first year and £63 for the second year.

    He unsurprisingly declined the offer and went to EE for £40 with a couple of boosters.

    I'm sure they have cartels in Kettlewell and Leyburn to keep you busy. You might need your tweed armour though.
