We look like conceding every time the ball goes in the box, I can't remember us succesfully challenging for a header yesterday... I find the thought of coming up against Hanson with that defence frankly terrifying

 

I believe Hanson will be out of this fixture he was not even in the squad yesterday so could be struggling with an injury, but I agree were hardly looking good in the air, luckily yesterday Bristol weren't a big side up front.

 

Their lack of any prowess in the air but still managing to win absolutely everything was what worried me! Any sort of target man at the moment is going to have a field day against us... could you imagine that lot coming up against a Parky team?? Dread to think of it

 

But glad if Hanson is out, our lack of height and strength at the back, combined with the law of the ex, could have been really bad for us

 

I don't think we have that good a record away at Wimbledon, as it is. I can't see us winning either. I guess there is always hope that we can be 'the midweek coupon buster' though. Not that this is based on much encouragement in our level of performance, hopefully they leave their shooting boots in the dressing room as no doubt they will get chances against us.

 

Another defeat on the cards in this one unfortunately. Worst City side In recent memory, I've heard people say we're getting better...Well I'm yet to see it, awful yesterday against one of the worst sides in the division says it all really.

 

I agree with you, but being described as a “coupon buster” for an away game at AFC Wimbledon really does put tears in my eyes of how far we’ve descended (so far)

Yes he was thrown on for what remained of the game plus injury time, I can't remember if he actually got a kick or a header.

Was talking to a Wimbledon fan yesterday and he said they were poor at the weekend and Oxford should really have beaten them.

 

Can’t see anything other than a low scoring draw at best. No goals in the side and we are by the looks of things prioritising being solid

 

Likewise, lad at work supports them and says theyve been poor this season but then ended the sentence with "were still a league above MK Dons" - hard not to like them tbh!!!

 

Anyone know if you can pay on the gate?
