Well, it was a foul by Phillips but the Luton lad shouldn't have stopped playing.

 

Never understand that in this day and age when clubs are skint that Stevenage are at home in a local Derby with loads of empty seats ?????

 

Plenty of possession for Luton without really looking like they would win this one. They certainly dont like the pressing and physicality of Stevenage. Hopefully we can do a similar number on them next week.

 

Yeah they are a horrible team to play against, but they've been very lucky tonight with those goals.

Sorry what I'm getting at is why not give Luton more tickets ....

 

The first goal is all important with these teams .............Luton are a good side if they are allowed to do what they want like we did last season

 

Very hard to segregate and they seem to be getting into a thing of "no away shirts in the home end". They just give away teams that whole end. Using parts of other stands would mean the fans mix more.

Unexpected draws for Sheffield Wednesday against Wigan and Huddersfield against Mansfield who played all bar 30 seconds of the 2nd half with 10 after one of Mansfield's players got sent off 30 seconds after coming on at half time.

Cambridge with another good win, this time against Reading. Aaron Ramsey is doing a very good job at Oxford with a 3-0 win against Burton (Sibley getting his first of the season).

It announced today that King Power have converted £8.5mil previous funding into equity so no reason why they would do that if they were about to put the club into admin. You don't wipe off £8.5mil if you're not committed to the club and funding it in the future.

That being said they are in a very dangerous position with their huge debts, high wages and debt funded by future income. As bad as it would be for them to not bounce back to the Championship immediately it would be a complete disaster if they got relegated .
