    Where’s lapslie tonight , has he finally had enough of been overlooked , looks like Sarvachi is playing in midfield tonight ,he maybe get first team football somewhere else , no way can Sarvachi play a lot of games this season in midfield

    Sarcevic has played CM every single friendly. The clues have been there....he aint competing with Phillips and Jackson for a shirt. Cartwright can step in and we are chasing one more.

    Lapslie, like last season, wont make the 18 when we have a fully fit squad.

    No, there’s been conflicting information about this, with Simon Parker even saying he had an injury which is apparently not correct. So it’s not your fault you’re getting mixed up.

    Who is trying to rewrite history and stroke the narrative? You, McCall or Parker?

    The truth is he started at RB, got moved to CM but finished his time there at CB - that part conveniently left out.

    I'm not overly surprised, I think Walker has enough credit in the bank with GA. I'd guess that it's Walkers shirt until he either has a costly guff or a poor run of form, then the new lad steps in. McCracken probably plays the cup games until then.

    I wouldn't be surprised if McCracken starts on Saturday and gets 90 minutes then a final decision is made if it hasn't already. If Walker does start as no 1 I fear it won't last long as he'll know there's huge pressure on him and a mistake either costs him his place or puts him under even more pressure. What we can't afford it to have him scared to make a mistake as that only leads to confusion and safety first with lots of minor errors. We saw with Harry Lewis how confidence and 2nd guessing can kill a keeper and I just hope that doesn't happen to Walker.

    Sounds like Welch is likely to get a deal. Looking at loans and the PFA squad to fill out the 3/4 holes in the defenxe and midfield.

    Thats how I see it too. Walker didnt even feature in the last friendly so to keep things even it was only fair he started tonight - gotta give both an equal chance to impress. They will probably reverse for Salford.

    Id wager McCracken gets a chance in the league cup game amd if he impresses the shirt is his for Posh. GA needs to see him in a proper game and thats his chance.

    Unless McCracken is a Sattlemaier then I see him finishing the season as our number 1 - one way or another.

    Interesting the number of players still needed keeps going up. It was 1 or 2 a few weeks ago, then 2 or 3 and now 3 or 4.

    He told Parker 1 more and he ran with it. But said 2-3 next day at the live show he did with Lucketti.

    Id expect Lunn and Ibbo to go out on loan. Lapslie and Humphrys may be open to going too.

    PFA list has Morsy, Mccalmont as potential CMs. Not spectactular. We should just go all out for Archie Collins.
