Digital Season Tickets

We got the start of July last year so am suprised we haven't had it yet

 

My on line 2026/27 ticketmaster season ticket confirmation (in April) reads: ........." we plan to issue all digital tickets by the beginning of July, followed by any physical cards that supporters have purchased."

 

Early August then............ Just hope the club is not sending the physical cards out by Royal Mail, due early December ......?

 

Does anyone know when digital season tickets are being sent out. My previous email order mentioned early July but nothing yet. Only 2 weeks on sat to first match .

 

For some reason the club have sent me them all. I'll be forwarding them on for a small admin fee....

 

But being serious for a moment, there's still plenty of time. I recently went to a Metaliica gig at West Ham's gaff and e-tickets were only sent to the 80K crowd a few days before. If I had to guess we'll probably get them in the next week or so.

that is probably to stop/reduce sell on whereas for season tickets that shouldn’t be as big a problem or one that can be fixed by sending them out late

 

It is but it demonstrates that it can be done en mass in a short amount of time. Also the club may have asked for tickets to be held back until the season ticket deadline on Friday.

 

Both things are true but it does make people wonder when they specifically said it would be start of July [reviously and then no official update to say there has been a delay.

If they have changed their plan, for whatever reason they should just tell people but as we all know communication is not the clubs best side.

 

A fair point, and I do agree that the comms from the club should be better. At the very least there should be something in the FAQs on the season ticket info page.

Hopefully they will start to land after Friday.
