    Made a salad.

    Lightly blanched broccoli, feta cheese, toasted pine nuts, finely diced cucumber, apple, red onion and parsley. With a yoghurt, lemon juice and olive oil dressing.

    Had a walk back to the DIY shop to get a new barrow wheel and four candles. That was a frustrating conversation.
    It wasn't quite the right wheel but thanks to years of watching McGyver and a lump hammer, the wheel is now on and spins freely,erm......ok.
