    Trying to think of my top ten now.

    I'll start with going to Gloucester last year. Wasn't expecting it to be such a troubled place. The mutli-story car park had more tents and rough sleepers than cars and the main shopping street was a case of dodge the unfortunate. Cathedral was impressive, but that was it.

    Ordered some new sunglasses for daughter last week. They used APC. Must have had a dozen emails with updates, almost to the level of what the driver was having for breakfast. Final email asserted an afternoon delivery slot, just as they were delivered 5 hours early...

    Christ, if we are including footballers it'll need to be a top 100!

    I might add Bangladesh v Australia ODI at Headingley when there used to be the triangular series. Bangladesh spent forever making about 120 and then Australia knocked them off very early. Very, very dull.

    Not yet - did find beer for £2.40 a pint last night though. Gonna visit a local craft brewery later, off on bikes, hope it’s a safe ride home.

    I was going to go as my son from York and children are going but now they’ve booked a direct train, it’s a 15 minute walk and if it’s owt like today it’ll be too hot. I’ll probably end up at Baildon carnival instead
