One thing I have learnt today is that maybe I should treat myself and butter both slices of bread next time I make a sandwich. Denying myself all these years.

Been for a walk. Posted my bowel screening sample off.Thank goodness it's every 2 years.Squatting over the loo trying to catch your 'Parcel' in a takeaway container and nearly dropping it due to the heft taking you by surprise is not my idea of fun!
What is though, is telling my kids that I'd washed the container up and it was now back in the drawer for a game of Russian poolette.

 

Simpler to just catch it in your hand.
