Afternoon all.

Near 2 hour walk with the dog. Both of us a bit jaded now.

Went to see my daughter for a bit at her horse show. She did brilliantly in one of the competitions, thought she would place if not win. She was placed joint last because she forgot to wear her gloves and presentation was being scored. Gutted for her.

 

Bummer!

 

What a brilliant experience though. She'll do well next time.

 

We've popped out for a short walk and stopped for a beverage.

Somehow after disassembling both doors and glass parts I managed to put it all back together.

Just seen a clip of a police officer in the good ole US of A mistake a conker bouncing on his car roof, when he was stood next to the car as gunfire, then proceeded to empty his entire magazine into the nearest car (with his partner joining in) whilst shouting he was hit. He wasn't hit.

 

Did the conker hit his ear, drawing blood and then the ear miraculously repair itself like a starfish?
