    For me Phillips is an attacking midfielder not a sitter so will play the 10 role as Sarc eases through his final season with us or we go to 4-2-3-1 and he plays with Sarc or Jackson and Bobby behind Beesley.
    I think we will still see 2 sitting midfielders join.
    I'm convinced Morsy will join us.
    I know we contacted him last season.

    Beasley and Phillips are very good L1 signings. A very solid start to our business. If we can add Elder next then that keeps the very solid momentum going.

    Phillips can play CM too. Im more than happy to see him there with a new DM. If so, Sarc and Jackson can fight out for the RAM slot.

    Morsy may well do but Ive been told he has priced himself out of a move.

    Excellent acquisition, consistently delivers 10+ goals a season from CM. Definite upgrade in that department.

    Get Owen Bailey signed next and that's a quality CM partnership. He won't be on big wages at Donny, as he signed from Gateshead.

    Haven’t you contradicted yourself here? We knew about Phillips 2 weeks before he was unveiled. But as you pointed out. We knew a week before Wigan unveiled Power
