    That be a very good double swoop. I wasnt initially excited by Elder but 3 L1 promotions is very good and he could be an asset.

    Knowing city over the last couple of seasons, it might be a couple of the names that have been flying about but it's just as likely they'll throw a curve ball and it will be someone that hasn't even been mentioned.

    Elder would be a cracking signing in my opinion. Very experienced at Championship level.

    Don't mind that as long as it isn't underwhelming...I remember the (deluded) excitement of Windass, Wells and Lowe been branded about last summer - and out of the blue in came Will Swan.

    Yeh Sharpe knows him from Wigan and Jackson from Derby so hopefully there have been a few personal calls on the QT.

    I always thought 442 was becoming obsolete , but many clubs seem to be reverting back from the 3/5 at the back principle ..With GA I can’t see it but one never knows?
